target grocery store is a team company YaY!!!! i call bull-fuck. so i was interviewed by 3 people for 2 hours asking many questions, shit man why cant they just say your hired i love your penis!!!!!!! or get the fuck out bitch we don't need any more retarded people right now!!! instead i have to sit there lie and bullshit them and tell them I'm a good little spit-fuck.

First lady was OK, she didnt say much just gave a me a packet to fill out done.

second lady, she was old and smelly asked a few questions about why i left my job, easy

Now the third guy was the longest and most pointless in my life. He asked me one question i always hate "where do i see my self in 5 years", stop and think, this guy has to be the most stupid person ever to ask me a question like that, i said "a house? a family, one dog and some other crap i can think of", should of just said not at this shitty job and nailing your wife cause you can't get a boner fuck-tard.

I AGREE! i too have had some shitty people interview me these last few month's.

i had one guy pull a ward cleaver and try to psycho analyze me and ended up telling me that "people like me" need to be more rounded in life if we want to succeed. after his two henchmen interview me and made me wait two hours to see the big man in charge, i simply replied "and people like yourself should not try to control every aspect of everyone else life around them"

i had another head hunter call me in and after about 5 minutes she called me a liar and said that i needed to provide her with all of my companies personal data so she could verify it, i was like hell no. you could pay me to have access to my company/clients data just like everyone else.....and don't call me a liar just because you feel threatened by my ability to survive in this world. not to mention i did do some checking on their company, i don't believe they are anywhere as largely known as they claim. who's lying now?

got a call the other day from a temp agency here in town, the guy asked me if i would be interested in a data entry/IT position. i asked him well which one is it? data entry or IT? he evaded me and asked if i wanted to set up an appointment. i again asked, what type of job is this for? he started to get upset with me, i would not commit to the appointment without more info so I simple said that this is not fair for me to have to accept the invitation if i have no idea what i am coming in for aside from what he has told me. he then hung up. real professional.

here is my point. 90% of the people that do the hiring have almost no business asking the questions they do. most of them will turn you down for the job if they in any way feel threatened by you. so this is what i have started telling/asking people:

1. I have long hair. i have to tell people that lol
2. What guaranties are you giving me of getting this job?
3. Where did you get my information from to call me?
4. What color were the smurfs?
5. Do you like to eat play dough?
6. Have you every been seen naked in public?
7. Do you sing in the shower?
8. do i really need to go any further with this? lol


the economy is tough enough with out having to get put through the ringer by some half arsed person that is afraid of loosing their job. gah it just irritates me.
